Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi granted interim bail in multiple legal cases

On Tuesday, the Islamabad District and Sessions Court extended Imran Khan’s (PTI) interim bail in six cases and Bushra Bibi’s bail in one case till February 25.
Judge Mohammad Afzal Majoka heard Khan and Bibi’s bail requests.
Khan’s attorney, Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry, appeared in court.
The jail officials did not respond to Khan’s appearance via video connection.
During the hearing, the assisting lawyer said that Khan’s participation via video connection was not recorded.
Judge Majoka asked the attorneys to present their reasons at the next session, indicating that he would rule on the bail within a month.
The court then deferred the hearing and extended Khan’s interim bail in six instances and Bibi’s release in one until February 25.
